Complaints Procedure

It is very much hoped that any concerns can be resolved by talking to your child’s class teacher. If this is not the case, parents should ask to meet with the Phase Leader, Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher to discuss the issue. Should parents wish to make a formal complaint, a copy of the Complaints Policy will be provided, on request, by the School Office.
