Before and After School Child Care

Miss Riley is the Manager of the Willows Club, supported by Miss Barlow. They provide good quality before and after school child care, for the children of Stoke Heath Primary from Nursery to Year 6.

Staff are appropriately trained and work in school during the school day. Unfortunately we do not allow children from other schools to attend our after school club.

Bookings are on a first come first served basis and demand for places is high. If your child misses a session due to illness, a credit will be carried over. However, if you change your plans and collect a child at the end of the school day, you will still be charged.

Please keep staff informed who is collecting your child.

Please note that all parents need to complete a Parent/ Carer consent form prior to using the service for the first time. Please see link below.

Food

Children staying until 4 pm are offered a light snack such as yoghurt, fruit, toast, crumpets or bagels.

Children staying after 4 pm are given a more substantial meal such as pasta, pizza, burritos, soup, wraps or sandwiches with water, juice or milk and fruit, yoghurt or a light pudding.

Booking:

We offer a flexible booking system where children can attend Breakfast club or Afterschool club or both  on a day-by-day basis so you just pay for the childcare you need.

You can now book a Breakfast Club or After School Club through our Schoolcomms app. Just navigate to the ‘Club’ section where you will be able to choose the type of slot you require, morning or afternoon. Once selected you then will need to pay for the item.

Please note no bookings will be accepted unless payment has been made.
